CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
The salon is open to amateur and professional photographers from  all over the world. Entrants must be authors of the works they submit. Each participant may send maximum of 4 photographs to each  section. The organizer can use the exhibited works for reproduction  in the catalogue and for promotion without paying any author's fee.   

The Exhibition will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the IAAP.

DATA PROTECTION
By entering this exhibition, you are explicitly consenting to the personal details you have supplied, including email addresses, being held, processed and used by the exhibition organizers for purposes associated with this exhibition. You also explicitly consent to such information being sent to organizations which have accorded official recognition, patronage or accreditation to this exhibition. You acknowledge and accept that entering this exhibition means that the status and results of your entry may be made public.

SECTIONS
- There are 6 sections, all digital:
A) OPEN COLOR (color digital)
B) OPEN MONOCHROME (monochrome digital)
C) NATURE (color/monochrome digital)
D) STREET LIFE (color/monochrome digital)
E) PORTRAIT (color/monochrome digital)
F) WOMAN MAN CHILD (color/monochrome digital)

- Each photo can be presented in only one section.   

PHOTOGRAPHS
AUTHORS MUST FILL OUT ENTRY FORM AND SUBMIT PHOTOS ONLINE
- Photos must be in JPG file format, Max. image width (horizontal) is 1920 pix. Max. image height       (vertical) is 1080 pix. in 300 dpi. compression 7-12, max 2Mb.

FILE NAMING
No requirements for file names, file name should be as you would want it to appear in the catalogue (same as title name).Our program will later add the necessary data . Only English letters (a-z) are allowed. Words such as “Untitled” and “No Title” are not acceptable as part or all of an image’s title, nor are camera capture filenames or titles consisting of only numbers.

ENTRY FEE
15Eur. for any 1 or 2 or 3 section
20Eur. for any 4 or 5 or 6 section
25Eur. for any 7 or 8 or all 9 section

Possible ways of payment:
- PayPal transfer
- The works of the authors who did not pay the fee would not be taken into consideration.  

EMAILS SPAM BLOCKING
Confirmations of entry submittals and Report Cards will be sent to entrants Please be sure that this email address gets included in your “safe” email addresses to ensure receipt of these emails instead of having them blocked by your security system. Also, check your Junk E-Mail or Spam folder to see if your email software placed any messages from the exhibition there.

REPORT CARD NOTIFICATIONS
All participants will receive report card notifications via e-mail.
The results of the exhibition will also be published on the website www.npslisboa.com
